Hire dedicated developers
Hire dedicated developers from a remote team in Indonesia (GMT+7). Monthly engagement, your roadmap, your repository. Onboarding, IP, NDA, time zones.
You have a roadmap and not enough engineers to ship it. A project quote does not fit, because the work has no end date. Dedicated developers are people assigned to your product, working through your priorities, month after month. We supply them from a remote team in Indonesia, working in GMT+7, and the code stays in your repository.
What dedicated means here
- Assigned to you. The developers on your engagement work on your product, not on a rotating queue of clients.
- You set priorities. Your backlog, your tools, your review process. We fit into how you already work.
- Monthly engagement. Continuing work is arranged month by month, not as a fixed-scope project.
- Accountable for quality. We stay responsible for the developer’s communication and standards, not only their hours.
We do not publish team size, rate cards or developer profiles on this page. Availability depends on the stack and the start date. We confirm it in writing before you commit.
Roles
Based on the stack we work in:
| Area | Typical stack |
|---|---|
| Back end | Laravel, Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL or MySQL |
| Front end | React, Next.js |
| Mobile | Flutter, React Native |
| CMS and commerce | WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify |
| Automation and AI | n8n, Make, OpenAI and Claude APIs |
If you need a stack outside this list, ask. We say no when we cannot staff it properly.
How it starts
- Brief. The product, the stack, the roles you need and how many people part or full time.
- Written proposal. The roles, expected hours, working hours, communication rhythm and a USD estimate per month. You review it.
- Introduction. You speak with the people who would work on your product before committing.
- Onboarding. You grant access to your repository, task board and chat. We never ask you to use ours.
- First increment. A small, real task, reviewed together, so both sides see how the working rhythm feels.
How communication works
- Your channels. Slack, Teams, Jira, GitHub, GitLab: whichever you already use.
- Written daily or weekly updates, agreed at the start, so you never have to ask what happened.
- A fixed overlap window for calls, inside the shared hours below.
- Recorded demos of completed work at the end of each increment.
Time-zone overlap
Assuming both sides work 09:00 to 17:00 local time, and our team works in GMT+7:
| Your location | Shared working hours |
|---|---|
| Singapore, Perth | 7 hours |
| Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane | 4 to 5 hours |
| London, Central Europe | 1 to 3 hours, depending on city and season |
| US and Canada | None at standard hours. Shifted hours or an async rhythm, agreed in writing |
If your team needs more overlap than the table shows, we say so honestly. Async delivery works well for many teams. It does not suit teams that need constant live collaboration.
IP, NDA and access
- You own the code and IP created for you. Repositories, domains and service accounts are in your name.
- NDA on request, signed before you share details.
- Access is yours to grant and revoke. Developers work in your accounts. At the end of the engagement you remove them.
Terms such as notice period, replacement of a developer and billing are written into the agreement. This page does not promise them.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to hire dedicated developers?
It depends on the roles, the hours and the stack. After a short discovery call you get a written monthly estimate in USD. We do not publish rates on this page, because no two engagements match.
How do I hire dedicated developers?
Send a brief with the product, the stack and the roles you need. We reply with a written proposal, an introduction to the people who would work on it, and a first small task.
What is the difference between dedicated developers and staff augmentation?
Dedicated developers work as a unit on your roadmap, often several people at once. Staff augmentation adds individual people to your existing team, full or part time. See staff augmentation.
Can you work with our process and tools?
Yes. We use your repository, task board and chat. We adapt to your review process instead of asking you to adopt ours.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Code, repositories and accounts are yours. NDA on request.
Can I scale the engagement up or down?
Roles and hours can be adjusted by agreement, with the notice terms written into the contract.
