These terms cover your use of the website techcraftz.com, operated by techcraftz.com (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What this website is
techcraftz.com describes our software development services and lets you contact us. Everything on it is general information. It is not a quote, a contract or professional advice.
Estimates and proposals
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price. We do not publish prices.
- A written scope and estimate is sent to you after we understand your project.
- Work starts only when you accept a written scope and we both sign a project agreement.
- Project work is governed by that agreement. It sets out deliverables, milestones, payment, ownership of the code and IP, confidentiality, support, and which law applies.
If anything on this website differs from the signed agreement for your project, the agreement controls.
Ownership of what we build
Ownership of code and IP created for a client is decided in the project agreement. Our working rule is that the client owns what we build for them, and repositories, domains and service accounts are handed over at the end. NDA on request.
Using the website
You agree not to:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its server;
- scrape it in a way that harms its operation;
- send malware, spam or unlawful content through the contact form or by email;
- present our content as yours.
Our content
The text, design and layout of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may read it, share links to it and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy substantial parts or republish them without our written permission.
Work shown on this website
Some pages show websites delivered by our team and link to them. Names, logos and content on those sites belong to their owners. We show them to describe our work. If you are an owner and want a reference changed or removed, contact us and we will act on it.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will be without errors, uninterrupted or that every page is current. Information about technologies, platforms and third-party services changes, and may be out of date.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for project work is set out in the project agreement.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
If part of these terms does not apply
If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
