AI automation services
AI automation services: map the process, build the workflow in n8n, Make or code, add LLM steps with human review, then hand over with docs.
The service, in one paragraph: we take a repetitive task your team does by hand, map it, build a workflow that does it, add a language model only where judgment on text is needed, and hand it over with monitoring and documentation. Typical targets are data entry between systems, sorting incoming email and forms, drafting first replies, summarising documents and producing scheduled reports.
What we automate
- Move data between systems. Orders to accounting, form entries to CRM, spreadsheet rows to a database.
- Triage incoming messages. Classify enquiries, route them to the right person, draft a first reply for review.
- Read and extract. Pull fields from invoices, emails and PDFs into structured records.
- Summarise and report. Scheduled digests of tickets, sales activity or stock levels.
- Answer from your documents. An assistant that answers staff or customer questions using your own material, with sources shown.
- Watch and alert. Notify the right person when a number crosses a line or a record goes stale.
Do you need AI at all?
Often not. A plain workflow with fixed rules is cheaper, faster and predictable. We add a language model only where the input is unstructured text and a rule cannot decide. In discovery we mark each step as rule, model or human, so you see exactly where the model sits and what it costs per run.
| Step type | Handled by | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Copy a field to another system | Workflow rule | Deterministic, no model cost |
| Classify an open-text enquiry | Model, with confidence check | Rules break on wording |
| Approve a refund or a payment | Human | A mistake costs money or trust |
| Draft a reply | Model, then human review | Fast first draft, person decides |
Tools we use
For workflows your team will maintain, we build in n8n or Make: visual, inspectable and cheap to change. For workflows that need tests, version control and tight security, we write code, usually in Node.js or Laravel, with webhooks and queues. Language models come through the OpenAI or Claude APIs. The choice is explained in the scope, with the trade-off.
What can go wrong, and what we do about it
- Wrong answers. Outputs that matter go to a person first. Where they do not, we log inputs and outputs so errors are findable.
- Failed runs. Retries, failure alerts and a dead-letter list, so nothing disappears quietly.
- Data exposure. We list what data reaches which provider before building. You can exclude fields or choose a provider whose terms fit your policy.
- Cost surprises. Model usage is billed by the provider. We estimate per-run cost in the scope and add usage caps.
- Drift. Prompts and models change. Documentation says what to check and when.
How the work runs
- Brief. The task, who does it today, how often, what mistakes cost.
- Process map and written scope. Each step marked rule, model or human, with an estimate in USD.
- First workflow in an increment. Built against test data, with a recorded demo.
- Pilot. Runs beside the manual process until you trust it.
- Handover. Workflow files or repository, accounts, monitoring and a runbook in your name.

Frequently asked questions
How much does AI automation cost?
It depends on the number of steps, systems involved and whether a model is used. Per-run model costs come from the provider and are estimated in the scope. After a short discovery call you receive a written estimate in USD.
What can I automate with AI?
Repetitive work with clear inputs and outputs: moving data, sorting messages, extracting fields, drafting replies and producing reports. Decisions with real consequences stay with a person.
How can I get started with AI automation?
Pick one task a person repeats every week and write down its steps. That page is the first draft of the scope. Send it to us and we mark which steps need a model.
Is n8n or Make better?
Both work. n8n can be self-hosted and suits teams that want control. Make is quick to start on a hosted plan. We pick on your hosting, data and budget preferences, and write it down.
Will AI replace my team?
We build tools that remove repetitive steps from a team’s week. We do not promise headcount outcomes, and we do not automate decisions that need a person.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. Workflow files, code, accounts and documentation are handed over. NDA on request.
